Do you cut keys for car or commercial locks?
We cut standard residential and padlock keys. For automotive transponder or commercial restricted keys, we'll point you to a local locksmith.
How long do special orders take?
Most arrive within 2–5 business days. Specialty plumbing or electrical parts can take up to a week — we'll give you a realistic ETA when you order.
Do you offer contractor pricing?
Yes. Stop by and ask for the manager — we set up trade accounts for active local contractors.
Can I return something I bought?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Special orders are final sale unless defective.
